The Commerce Room:
The Commerce Room is our largest venue space. It is 8,000 square feet and will accommodate 400 seated tables or 580 cocktail.
The Penthouse:
Our Penthouse which is located on the 3rd floor is 3,000 square feet and will accommodate 125 seated tables or 200 Cocktail. It has two open patios both with amazing views of downtown Dallas and is the perfect space for intimate events.
The Sky Deck:
Our Sky Deck which is located on the 2nd Floor is 5,000 square feet and will accommodate 300 seated tables or 450 Cocktail. It offers beautiful views of downtown Dallas and is the perfect space for any event. Optional tent and heaters/ac are available if weather or temperatures are a concern.
Every venue rental incudes the use of our stock tables, chairs and standard décor. We have optional linens, centerpieces, customizable gobo lights, color led lighting, audio and video options, photo booth rental and many other customizable options to make your next event perfect.
