1st Floor Commerce Room
The 1st floor rustic yet elegant room is perfectly suited for any event. This room is 6,500 square feet and can accommodate up to 250 guests for a full seated dinner including space for a dance floor or 400-450 cocktail style . It has red brick walls, exposed ceilings and an original Coca Cola mural from 1945. It features adjustable led lighting, , separate bar/lounge area, beautiful sheer draping, new maple wood dance floor and lighted chandeliers.
3rd Floor Penthouse
The Penthouse is located on the 3rd floor and features beautiful stained concrete floors, a large lighted chandelier and two private balconies that overlook the rooftop deck. This room can accommodate up to 200 guests for a full seated dinner or 100 guests with a dance floor . This space is perfect for birthday parties, cocktail hours, wedding ceremonies and corporate meetings.

The rooftop deck is 4,500 square feet of open air deck with breathtaking views of downtown Dallas. It includes wrought iron patio furniture, globe string lighting, stage and cedar bar to serve your guests from. This space can accommodate up to 200 guests for a full seated dinner with dance floor.
