*Ask about special pricing for events with 100 or less guests. *if you book the rooftop, the 1st floor will be held to use in case of bad weather. 24 hours notice is required |

All Venue Rentals Include
An event manager on site all day the day of your event. Set-up of all tables, chairs and linens. 60” round tables & black chiavari chairs, Cocktail tables & Bar Stools, 6ft & 8ft Rectangular Tables for Catering, Sign-In, Cake, Gift Tables and a Dance floor set up on the deck |
Parking:
There are several private lots very close to the venue. Parking is $5 per car on the weekends. We can also reserve the city parking lot next to the venue so that guests do not have to pay for parking. The cost is $650 and includes an attendant to block it off from the public and direct guests into the venue. We will also put out 3 signs with arrows one on Commerce Street and one at each turn.
