For Corporate Events 2616 Commerce features multiple levels with beautiful sky line views of downtown Dallas.

2616 is the most unique corporate event space in Downtown Dallas for hosting Seminars, Training or Sales Meetings, Fundraisers, Award Banquets, Holiday Parties, Product Launch Events or any other fuction ...You have unlimited possibilities to create a unique and memorable experience for your next corporate event, product launch, fundraiser, training seminar or luncheon. We can host events of up to 750 guests. We are conveniently located just 6 blocks from the convention center and within walking distance to the best restaurants in town. We can recommend hotels that offer discounts on blocks of rooms and free shuttling to and from the venue for out of town guests. We are flexible and easy to work with, offer multi-day discounts, allow outside catering & vendors and we have multiple options for serving alcohol. Since we are an unlicensed venue you also have the option to bring in your own alcohol.

Vertical Divider
1st floor Commerce Room
This space can seat up to 250 guests for a full seated dinner with a dance floor or 450 cocktail. It has approximately 6,500 square feet of usable event space (8,000 total) with brick walls and exposed ceilings. It features a unique coca cola mural that was painted in 1945, separate bar/lounge, white leather lounge furniture and wood dance floor.

1st Floor Only
Friday- $5,900 Saturday - $6,500
Sunday-Thursday $4,500

3rd Floor Penthouse
The Penthouse is 3,000 square feet with beautiful stained concrete floors and two balconies that overlook the Sky Deck. It is perfect for additional break out space, theater style set-up or a VIP area. It can seat 200 guests for a full seated dinner.

3rd Floor Only
Friday- $4,500 Saturday - $5,500
Sunday-Thursday $3,500​

The Sky Deck
This large open-air rooftop deck is approximately 4,500 square feet. It has a custom cedar bar to serve your guests from and comes with wrought iron patio furniture and globe string lighting with awesome views of downtown Dallas. Pricing varies. Please contact an event manager for pricing information.

All Venue Rentals Include:
60” Round Tables & Black Chiavari Chairs, Cocktail Tables & Bar Stools 6ft and 8ft Rectangular Tables for Catering, Registration, etc. White leather lounge booths, bar and wood dance floor Full Length Table Linens & Table Runners (many colors to choose from) and adjustable LED Lighting

Additional Fees:
Security- $40 per hour Cleaning Fee- $300  Event Staff- $25 per hr.
​Linen cleaning fee- $10 per linen

Alcohol
Option 1: We can arrange to have a cash or host bar set up by one of our 3rd party vendors.
Option 2: You may bring in the alcohol to be served to your guests by 2616 Commerce TABC Certified Bartenders. Bartenders are $35 per hour and must include an hour and a half for set-up and 1 hour for clean-up. A host liquor liability insurance policy will also be required. This can easily be purchased online through privateeventinsurance.com.

Catering
You may use any caterer you like as long as they are licensed and have insurance. If they are not on our preferred vendor list they will need to sign our outside vendor agreement prior to your event date. We do have many great preferred caterers that we work with and will be happy to send you their sample menus/pricing.

Parking
There are several private lots close by. Parking is $5 per car. If you would like to pay for guests to park we can reserve the city lot next to us. The cost is $550 to get a permit from the city and includes an attendant to block it off from the public and direct guests as they arrive.
