With multiple levels and beautiful skyline views of downtown Dallas 2616 Commerce is perfect for any event. The 1st Floor Commerce Room can seat up to 300 for a full seated dinner including room for a dance floor. It features adjustable led lighting, white leather lounge booths, beautiful white draping, bar/ lounge area with cocktail tables & bar stools and lighted chandeliers.
Venue Rental Fees
Sunday-Thursday $5,500, Friday $5,900, Saturday $6,500
All venue rentals include the following;
60” round tables & black chiavari chairs
Cocktail tables and bar stools
Rectangular tables for catering, guest sign in, gift & cake tables
Full length table linens and runners for guest tables (many color options)
Adjustable led lighting
Additional Fees:
Security $350 Cleaning Fee $400
Linen cleaning fee $10 per linen
Time Allowed for Events
Events may last as late as 11:30 Pm Sunday-Thursday, 12 am on Friday and 12:30 am on Saturday. The maximum time allowed for an event is 5 hours not including set-up and break-down. Vendors may access the venue 3 hours prior to the start time for set-up. Florists and planners may access the venue 5 hours prior to the start time. An additional hour is allowed for vendors to break-down on load out after the end time of your event.
Parking:
There are several private lots very close to the venue. Parking is $5 per car on the weekends. We can also reserve the city parking lot next to the venue so that guests do not have to pay for parking. The cost is $600 and includes an attendant to block it off from the public and direct guests into the venue. We will also put out 3 signs with arrows one on Commerce Street and one at each turn.
Alcohol:
You may bring in the alcohol to be served to your guests at no charge. You must hire bartenders from DFW Bartending to serve it. Their contact information is on the other vendors page of our website.
Catering
We have a list of preferred caterers and can send you their sample menus/pricing upon request. Outside catering is also allowed. All caterers are required to be licensed and have general liability insurance. Your caterer is responsible for bussing tables and removing all food related trash prior to leaving the venue. We do not allow drop off of food.
