For wedding receptions, rooftop weddings and beautiful views of the Dallas Skyline, this Dallas wedding venue has it all. This Dallas wedding venue offers two unique indoor spaces and a rooftop deck with beautiful views of the downtown Dallas skyline.
The Commerce Room- Wedding Receptions
This rustic yet elegant room is the perfect place for wedding receptions. The Commerce room can seat up to 250 guests for a full seated dinner including space for a dance floor. It features adjustable led lighting, brick walls, white leather lounge booths, beautiful sheer draping and wood dance floor.
Penthouse & Rooftop Wedding Reception
The Penthouse is located on the 3rd floor and features two private balconies that overlook the rooftop deck that is approximately 5,000 square feet. This combination can accommodate up to 200 guests for a full seated dinner in the Penthouse followed by dancing and cocktails on the rooftop. Celebrate your new life together on this downtown Dallas rooftop dancing under the stars while enjoying the beautiful view of the Dallas Skyline.
Parking:
There are several private lots very close to the venue. Parking is $5 per car on the weekends. We can also reserve the city parking lot next to the venue so that guests do not have to pay for parking. The cost is $650 and includes an attendant to block it off from the public and direct guests into the venue. We will also put out 3 signs with arrows one on Commerce Street and one at each turn.
Alcohol:
You may bring in the alcohol to be served to your guests at no charge. You must hire bartenders from one of the following to serve the alcohol.

Catering
We highly recommend using one of our preferred caterers however outside catering is allowed. All caterers are required to be licensed and have general liability insurance. Your caterer is responsible for all food related clean up and bussing tables prior to leaving for the night.
