2616 Commerce Event Center has over 15,000 square foot of unique space to create the perfect backdrop for photo shoots and filming. The facility located in downtown Dallas, Texas is a mixture of 1940’s warehouse space, rooftop deck, 3rd floor Penthouse and dressing rooms. It is located just blocks from the convention center and within walking distance to many great restaurants, bars and hotels.
1st Floor Commerce Room: This 8,000 square foot space has red brick walls, exposed ceilings, stained concrete floors and an original coca cola mural from 1940.
3rd Floor Penthouse: This room was an addition to the building several years ago. It is approximately 3,000 square foot and can be divided into two separate spaces. It has a more modern look with painted walls and beautiful stained concrete floors. It has two balconies that over- look the sky deck with awesome views of the downtown Dallas Skyline.
The Sky Deck: This open air deck is approximately 4,500 square feet. It comes with wrought iron patio furniture, succulent center pieces, globe string lights, cedar bar and stage. If you are looking for a beautiful backdrop of the Dallas sky line for your next production you must see this event space.
